We are seeking a Manager of People Operations Program Administration to join our People Operations team, which is committed to supporting employees. As a Manager of People Operations Program Administration , you will play a pivotal role in supporting the SVP, Chief People & Internal Communications Officer, and VP, People Operations, in day-to-day activities that support the overall People Operations functions. What you'll do :
- Maintain calendar for the SVP, Chief People & Internal Communications Officer, and the VP, People Operations.
- Coordinate meetings for the SVP, Chief People & Internal Communications Officer and the VP, People Operations including but not limited to arranging meeting space, meals, transportation, sending invitations, preparing agendas, uploading documents, coordinating travel and lodging.
- Develop and maintain the departmental calendar for the People Operations and Internal Communications teams.
- Effectively handle all types of communication including correspondence with internal and external constituents.
- Serve as liaison between the SVP, Chief People & Internal Communications Officer and the VP, People Operations and other
- Exercise excellent discernment skills to identify, analyze, and determine effective management of all issues, concerns, and day-to-day communication.
- Analyze the needs of the People Operations function; develop and implement processes for efficient operation.
- Prepare presentations to support the SVP, Chief People & Internal Communications Officer and the VP, People Operations as directed.
- Lead People Operations events and retreats, managing administrative and logistical functions.
- Lead the Support Center Fun Team, managing administrative and logistical functions.
- Manage employee commemorative special events.
- Oversee the negotiation and work with hotels and other vendors to facilitate arrangements for events as assigned. Secure contracts with vendors for services and lodging.
- Accurately and timely prepare, audit, and process People Operations invoices for payment.
- Effectively manage department procurement tasks, including equipment, office supplies, floral arrangements, books, subscriptions, publications, renewals, and printing jobs.
- Review and accurately process mail, faxes, emails, and other correspondence in a timely.
- Facilitate employee surveys including new hire surveys, exit surveys, and the annual employee survey.
- Manage team member birthdays, anniversaries, retirement, and rewards programs.
- Manage employee commemorative special events.
- Manage and optimize the People Operations Sharepoint page.
- Lead People Operations events and retreats, managing administrative and logistical functions.
- Analyze the needs of the People Operations function and develop and implement processes for efficient operation.
