At Buckner Villas, we are looking for a talented and friendly Waitstaff to support our Senior community members. This role will drive excellence and ensure customer service meets the required results aligned with Buckner's mission, vision, and values.
Five-Star Service at Buckner:
As a Waitstaff you will impact the lives of our residents by preparing and serving nourishing, palatable and appealing meals.
- Advise on the best food and drink choices for each customer and answer questions
- Take orders and deliver them to the table deftly and accurately
- Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards
- Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
- Work with other staff as a team
- Clean and sanitize all equipment before and after use
The Five-Start Person:
- Outstanding people skills
- Patient and friendly with demonstrated experience in problem solving
- Good physical condition
- High school diploma; food safety training will be a plus
