This position will involve presenting high-quality emergency service and industrial safety programs for the Center. These programs may take place both on-site and at off-site locations.
Major Job Duties:
Assisting the Lead Instructor with Delivering PA Department of Health Emergency Medical Technician training programs in accordance with established curriculum and guidelines.
Organizing instructor transportation and ensuring that all course materials and audio-visual equipment are prepared and functional.
Ensuring the return of all issued materials and equipment in the same condition as received.
Must complete all required paperwork in line with departmental procedures and Chapter 335 of the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
Minimum Qualifications:
Valid EMT Certification or Higher
1 Year of continuous EMS Experience
Minimal Age of 18
Clearances Required:
PA State Police Criminal Background Check
PA Child Abuse History Clearance
FBI Fingerprint Clearance
These programs may be conducted on-site and at off-site locations. Positions are assigned to classes, which may occur during the day, night, or weekends, based on the class schedule.
