We are seeking dedicated and skilled educators to teach algebra-based and calculus-based introductory Physics courses, offered both in-person during the day and via asynchronous, online instruction facilitated through a Learning Management System, Instructure Canvas.
This is an applicant pool position, meaning we accept applications on a rolling basis to be considered for future opportunities as they arise. Course availability varies by semester, based on the needs of the program. While we may not have an immediate opening, we encourage you to apply to be considered for upcoming teaching opportunities. Applications will be reviewed by the hiring manager when positions become available, and qualified candidates may be contacted for an interview.
Minimum Qualification:
- A master’s degree in Physics or a closely related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching experience at a community college.
- Teaching experience in an asynchronous, online learning environment facilitated by a Learning Management System.
- Teaching experience in both algebra-based and calculus-based introductory college Physics courses
