Nursery/Landscape help with mandatory truck driving experience

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle. This role requires a strong understanding of vehicle mechanics, as well as the ability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work related to garden, farm, or landscape operations.

Duties

• Operate trucks to transport goods and materials to designated locations.
• Load and unload cargo, which may include heavy lifting and manual handling of materials.
• Collaborate with team members on outdoor projects such as gardening, landscaping, or greenhouse maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.
• Weekend availability a must!

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license and experience operating larger dump trucks is required.
• Mechanical knowledge of trucks and ability to perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor in outdoor settings such as farms or gardens.
• Familiarity with greenhouse operations, irrigation systems, and landscape practices is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
