Daily Responsibilities:
- Perform radiographic imaging as requested by the physician or physician assistant at all office locations.
- Document complete patient histories accurately, including height, weight, and past medical history, before the physician examines the patient.
- Enter completed information onto E-Clinical Works (medical records system).
- Aid physicians and physician assistants with routine procedures, suture removal, and preparing patients for casts or injections, providing proper instructions and information.
- Prepare and complete patient medication refills daily/weekly/monthly.
- Helped monitor patient medication alongside the physician and physician assistant.
- Keep stock of supplies for distribution to patients and perform pre-certification of medication or supplies.
- Request x-rays for patients to be picked up from Doylestown Hospital before their visit.
- Make hospital runs to the doctor's lounge, in-patient radiology, OR with surgery films, and deliver orders to the proper offices before surgery.
- Keep exam rooms clean and available for patients, stock closets with medical supplies, and ensure rooms are properly stocked and cleaned daily. Restock all rooms with exercise pamphlets and surgery set-up papers.
- Properly prepare hazardous waste material and have BFI (Hazardous Waste Material) ready for pick up monthly. Ensure all red boxes are correctly closed and changed regularly.
- Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and insurance, as well as what to dispense and where to send patients if insurance does not allow them to receive DME here.
- Keep a supply of gowns and shorts available for patients. Clean boats and change the disinfectant in them monthly. Clean all instruments monthly.
- Change film badges monthly and track radiation exposure. Stay current with OSHA requirements and ensure all records are up to date.
- Perform any other duties and tasks that may be assigned occasionally.

Qualifications:
- Core skills in X-ray technology, including medical imaging, PET scans, and CT.
- Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and aseptic technique.
- Premium skills in interventional radiology and urgent care.
- Experience in Level I Trauma Center settings and familiarity with DEXA scan and nuclear medicine.
- Ability to perform X-rays, mammography, and sonography with precision.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
