Position: Distribution Associate
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Distribution Associate to join our energetic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth handling of product distribution, from receiving shipments to preparing orders for delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Receiving & Inspection: Accept and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, checking for accuracy and potential damages.
Inventory Management: Organize and store products efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records.
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and efficiency.
Shipping Coordination: Generate shipping labels, process documentation, and coordinate pickups with carriers.
Quality Control: Perform regular inventory audits and assist in resolving discrepancies.
Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to meet distribution goals and uphold customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to following safety protocols and company guidelines.
Prior experience in distribution, logistics, or a related field is a plus but not required.
