Job Overview
We are looking for a Loader to assist with warehouse operations by ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of shipments. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate inventory handling and an organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and Unload Shipments – Manage incoming and outgoing freight from trucks and trailers with efficiency.
Ensure Proper Handling – Secure products to prevent damage during transport.
Follow Safety Protocols – Comply with company safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
Operate Warehouse Equipment – Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools (training available if needed).
Collaborate with the Team – Work closely with warehouse staff and drivers to meet delivery deadlines.
Maintain Organization – Keep the loading area clean, orderly, and free from hazards.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or loading role is a plus but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
