Position Overview:
We are hiring a Loader to support our warehouse operations. This role involves efficiently loading and unloading shipments, ensuring accurate inventory handling, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
Loading & Unloading: Handle incoming and outgoing shipments with care and efficiency.
Inventory Protection: Secure products to prevent damage during transport.
Safety Compliance: Follow company safety policies to maintain a secure workplace.
Equipment Operation: Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools (training provided if needed).
Team Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse staff and drivers to meet shipping deadlines.
Workplace Organization: Keep loading areas clean, organized, and free from hazards.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or loading role is a plus but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $22.63 - $26.74 per hour
