- Accurately diagnose and repair HVAC system issues.
- Present and sell solutions to customers, focusing on their needs and building trust.
- Maintain healthy service ticket averages and generate quality system flips.

- Mentor and train junior technicians as the team grows.
- 5 years of proven experience as an HVAC Service & Diagnostic Technician.
- Expert-level diagnostic and repair skills for all major HVAC brands and systems.
- Proven sales track record with a customer-centric approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a drive to exceed expectations.
- EPA certification.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
