Job Description: Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Whitetail and Exotics
Location: Caldwell, Texas

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. Our company specializes in buying and selling premium whitetail and exotic animals and offers a range of services, including ranch consulting, aerial wildlife surveys, capture and removal, transportation, and wildlife photography to name a few. The SDR will play a crucial role in driving sales by reaching out to potential leads, managing deal pipelines, and ensuring effective follow-up through our CRM. This position is perfect for an individual with a passion for wildlife conservation and a desire to contribute to our mission of providing top-notch services in the wildlife industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Identify and call cold leads, engaging ranch owners and wildlife property owners across the country, specifically in Texas.
- Deal Pipelines: Manage and maintain accurate deal pipelines to track the progress of leads and sales opportunities.
- Performance Metrics: Meet weekly and monthly KPIs and targets for lead generation, outreach, and conversions.
- Follow-Ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads using our CRM, ensuring all communications are recorded and tracked.
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Utilize various communication platforms, including text, phone, LinkedIn, social media, and email, to reach potential clients.
- Lead Generation: Perform warm lead outreach to encourage sales and cultivate relationships with prospective clients.
- Assistance with Animal Transportation: Assist with animal transportation as needed, coordinating logistics effectively.
- Website Management: Regularly update listings on the website to reflect current offerings, market price trends, and services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to sell products and services, assisting the manager with administrative tasks, research, and other support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for engaging and connecting with potential clients.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software to track leads, manage relationships, and ensure timely follow-ups. Experience with Go High Level is preferred but not required.
- Passion for Exotic Wildlife: A genuine interest in wildlife, particularly in the buying and selling of premium whitetail and exotic animals. Familiarity with the hoofstock industry is a plus.
- Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to sales.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for necessary travel.
