As an Hourly Technician, you will perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards for an excellent customer experience.The Express Service Advisor is responsible for managing the customer experience in the Express Service lane. The position requires excellent communication skills with customers AND service technicians.ResponsibilitiesOversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane.
