- Greet and direct customers upon arrival
- Answer and route phone calls efficiently to the appropriate departments
- Handle customer check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
- Collect customer payments, reconcile the cash box, and ensure accurate financial transactions
- Maintain and organize the shop schedule
- Make follow-up and reminder calls for customer appointments
- Scan and file all necessary paperwork in an organized manner
- Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in handling financial transactions and basic accounting tasks
- Familiarity with Dealertrack or similar automotive software a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
