PAY
- The range for this position is $4,000 - $15,000 monthly.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Greet and assist customers.
- Help customers choose vehicles by asking questions and listening.
- Offer test drives and explain vehicle features, options, performance, and benefits.
- Follow dealership sales procedures and control systems.
- Meet and exceed personal sales goals set by the dealership.
- Complete and process sales orders and paperwork accurately.
- Stay updated on new products, features, accessories, and their benefits.
- Understand and explain vehicle depreciation, equity, and values.
- Attend required training and sales meetings.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sold vehicles for delivery and explain operating features, warranty, and paperwork to customers.
- Introduce customers to service department personnel and schedule first service appointments.
- Follow up on post-delivery items and maintain an owner follow-up system for repeat and referral business.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local laws.
- Maintain a professional appearance and review personal performance regularly.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Motivation for sales.
- Must possess an acceptable driving record.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills.
