SUMMARY
The Pickup and Delivery Specialist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth pickup and delivery of customer vehicles.

- $16.66 - $18 an hour
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Check email for new Valet Appointments from REDCAP
- Enter new pickup & delivery details on Fordpdl.com
- Review schedule in Xtime for the days Valet appointments
- Ensure REDCAP is updated with all valets daily
- Address any scheduling overlaps by contacting customers
- Track vehicle pickups and coordinate with service advisors on delivery times
- Coordinate with team on traveling to customer locations to pick up vehicles
- Document vehicle inspection at pickup and return
- Delivering customer vehicles after service is completed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid Drivers License
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
