PAY
- $16.28 - $17.00/hour
RESPONSABILITIES
- Welcome and greet our valued showroom customers, ensuring they feel right at home.
- Guide customers to the appropriate department and introduce them to our friendly sales team.
- Handle incoming phone calls, directing callers to the right person or taking detailed messages.
- Interact with callers and visitors in a professional, warm, and efficient manner.
- Capture basic customer information using various methods, such as an ups card or computer system.
- Enter data into our prospect tracking system and generate reports for managers on a weekly basis.
- Ensure timely communication of messages to the relevant parties.
- Assist service customers during busy periods, providing exceptional support.
- Compete assigned clerical tasks with efficiency and precision.
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance.
- Scan and/or mail documents as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not required.
- Stellar customer service skills to create a memorable experience.
- A go-getter attitude with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
