Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes and lubrication services on vehicles
- Inspect and replace vehicle filters, fluids, and belts as needed
- Conduct tire rotations and replacements
- Complete basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as battery checks and wiper blade replacements
- Use power tools and other equipment to perform service tasks efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive service procedures
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices and procedures
- Ability to align wheels and perform tire services
- Proficiency in using power tools and other equipment for service tasks
- Strong customer service skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar role is preferred
- Experience working in a dealership or automotive service center is a plus
