```Duties```
- Receive and process parts orders from customers, technicians, and internal departments
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Assist with warehouse management, including organizing and labeling parts
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of parts
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure accurate and efficient parts ordering for repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries and resolving any issues related to parts
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a parts specialist role or similar position preferred
- Knowledge of automotive repair, auto body repair, or dealership operations is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and warehouse management
- Ability to negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers
- Ability to fabricate or modify parts as needed is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
