Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant
- The ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines
- Professional, personable, and polished demeanor
- Familiarity with Asian cuisine is desirable but not required
