Job Title: Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator
Carl Buddig & Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator to join our team. As a key member of our shipping and receiving department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pick orders from a pick sheet
- Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free from damage
- Pick and stage outbound shipments
- Stage trailers to ensure shipments are loaded properly and maximum loads are achieved
- Maintain a safe work environment by watching for foot traffic and following standards and procedures
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Ability to work in temperatures of 40 degrees or less and lift up to 35 pounds for 30 minutes at a time
- Flexibility to work as needed and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work in a high-speed environment and maintain good hand/eye coordination
