What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cannabis Grow Team Member (Full-Time) position at Buddy Boy Farm?
Cannabis Cultivation and Processing Farm near Ford, WA seeking hard-working individuals to join our Grow Team. We are looking for people with a wide variety of skills and abilities that share a passion for growing and cultivation.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Able to work Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm and some weekends
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get from site to site
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Sit, stand, bend, crouch or kneel for long periods of time while performing repetitive motion tasks
- Follow directions and communicate effectively both verbal and written
- Detail oriented
- Work well independently and in a group setting in close proximity
- Able to work in hot, humid environments while wearing personal protective equipment
Duties and Expectations Include but not limited to:
Transplanting, pruning, topping, plant manipulation, emitting, netting, string lines, cleaning and sanitizing, feeding, watering, foliar and pesticide application, landscaping and weeding.
Position begins at $16.66 per hour with a possible pay increase after 90 days. .25hr hour attendance bonus. Full-time positions are eligible for benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental Insurance and Sick Pay after 90 days.
