What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cannabis Harvest Team Member (Full-Time) position at Buddy Boy Farm?
Full-Time available. Cannabis Cultivation and Processing Farm near Ford, WA seeking hard-working individuals to join our Harvest Team.
We are looking for people with a wide variety of skills and abilities that are able to be on their feet all day. The right candidate will be a person that enjoys repetitive tasks with attention to details, quick to learn, and must have their own reliable transportation. No experience necessary.
MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO APPLY.
Position starts at $16.66 per hour with a $0.25 per hour bonus if all scheduled shifts in the pay period are worked. After 90 days, all Full-Time positions are eligible for benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Paid Sick Time.
Scheduled shift is 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Thursday (4 days - 10 hour shifts).
