We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The Maintenance Supervisor will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and safety within the workplace.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Oversee all machinery, ensuring they are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Utilize schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot issues with electrical systems, logic controllers, and mechanical components.
- Fabricate parts as needed to maintain equipment functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices, safety protocols, and technical skills.
- Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance work without disrupting operations.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using tools .
- Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Strong supervisory skills with experience leading a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
