Duties
- Manage vehicle parking and retrieval, including valet parking services when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness in designated areas, including waiting rooms and parking lots.
- Communicate effectively with team members to address inquiries or concerns.
- Drive vehicles safely, including those with manual transmissions, as needed for customer service tasks.
- Assist with deliveries and other logistical tasks as required by the dealership or establishment.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in a dealership environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valet parking experience is a plus.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Experience as a delivery driver is advantageous but not required.
