Role Description:
This is a full-time, Hyrbid position as an Executive/Personal Assistant to the Founder at Buddy Co. in the Dallas Metropolitan Area. The Executive/Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing schedules, assisting the founder with marketing needs for clients, handling correspondence, and performing general administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the business. The candidate should also be an efficient and effective multitasker with the ability to anticipate and prioritize various personal/administrative needs while still being comfortable in a home office environment.
THE ROLE:
Founder Support:
- Providing direct administrative support to the Founder, which may include personal assistance tasks.
- Organizing meetings and appointments to coordinate with multiple parties to find suitable times that work best for all parties involved
- Planning and coordinating the Founder’s schedule, including setting agendas for meetings, ensuring time is used efficiently, and key priorities are addressed.
Team Support:
- Assisting other team members with various tasks as needed to contribute to overall team and organization goals.
- Monitoring project management software and overseeing assigned tasks to ensure the team hits deadlines
- Overseeing critical projects or initiatives from conception through completion. This can involve coordinating with different departments, managing timelines, and ensuring objectives are met.
E-Commerce Support:
- Willingness to jump in and assist team members with Shopify, Product Builds, and content for clients
- Managing a timeline to effectively get client tasks completed

- Compensation is hourly, $20 - $22 per hour
- Based in the Dallas, TX
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant
