We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with office administrative
experience to join our small construction office staff in McKinney. Candidate must have QuickBooks, Excel & MS Office. Applicant must have a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize,
multitask and communicate effectively and enjoy working in a small team environment.
Responsibilities include general office duties: filing of daily paperwork, loading data in excel spreadsheets, matching purchase orders up with paperwork, entering invoice data in both Excel and Quickbooks, running Quickbooks reports to analyze data, assistant to the Owner for any day to day office tasks.
Must have 2 years QuickBooks, Excel & Microsoft Office Experience
Must have accurate and fast typing and 10-Key/Data Entry Skills
Highly detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Must be friendly and have a positive attitude
Must dependable and reliable to work a full 40 hour Monday through Friday work week.
