What Youll Do Keep the bar stocked Refill liquor, beer, ice, and mixers so the bartenders never run dry. Maintain a clean organized bar Wipe down surfaces, remove empty glasses, and make sure everything is spotless. Support the bartenders Anticipate their needs, run for supplies, and help them serve drinks efficiently. Restock prep Cut garnishes, refill napkins and straws, and make sure every detail is covered.
