- Health & Retirement benefits (vary depending on location)Role Summary : Reporting to the HR Director in Tampa, FL, the Human Resources Assistant will support critical Human Resources functions. The HR Generalist I will provide support in key areas of HR, including talent acquisition, associate lifecycle activities such as onboarding / offboarding, recordkeeping, workforce analytics, associate relations, and other duties as needed. Requirements / Responsibilities
- 2 or more years' experience in a similar role. Previous experience in retail / RTO preferred.
- Experience using job application boards, professional social networks, and other methods for recruitment. Experience navigating ATS systems.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professional integrity and discretion.
- Effective organizational, interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and time-management skills. Experience communicating with all levels of an organization from Management to Entry-level associates.
- Team player, positive attitude, pro-active, self-motivated, and work well unsupervised.
- Detail oriented, skilled at data analysis and reporting, comparing, and investigating potential discrepancies or concerns.
- Excellent ability to recognize and solve problems. Highly skilled at follow-up and follow-through.
- Skilled at handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Learn and become proficient in Paycom HRIS and related databases.
- Proficient in all Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; PowerPoint a plus.Candidate Plus : HR Certification (SHRM-CP or PHR).General Physical Requirements :
- Full-Time Position routinely requires prolonged sitting at a desk and working at a computer.
