It is the job of the Customer Sales Associate to ensure showroom floors are well-maintained and provide a warm, friendly environment for our customers. Strong organizational and administrative skills are also critical as this position is responsible for maintaining customer files and processing customer transactions. The Customer Sales Associate is also responsible for answering the telephone, greeting customers, in store marketing and meeting store sales and revenue goals.
