Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Summary:
The General Manager is the leader of the individual branch location, responsible for directing and coordinating store activities to ensure safe, professional, and profitable operations. This includes meeting company objectives, adhering to company policies, and overseeing all aspects of store management.
Main Responsibilities:
• Acquire and maintain customers through effective marketing strategies and exceptional customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and review financial statements and store reports to make informed business decisions.
• Maintain adequate availability of merchandise, manage inventory, and control cash assets.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop associates to ensure efficient operations.
• Plan, organize, delegate, coordinate, and follow up on various tasks and assignments.
• Recognize and solve problems in a timely and effective manner.
• Must have proficient navigational skills with a satisfactory driving record and meet insurability requirements.
