Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Installation Coordinator to manage the scheduling and execution of window covering installations. This role is the bridge between our sales team, customers, and installation crews—ensuring every project runs smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with customers and installers.
- Confirm installation details with customers and provide updates or address concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, product inventory, and customer information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all installation instructions are clear and complete.
- Coordinate with vendors to track deliveries and ensure timely product arrival.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer repair requests, process service claims, and coordinate resolutions in a timely, professional manner.
- Perform follow-up quality checks post-installation to ensure standards are met.
- Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as needed.
- Receive and organize product deliveries; must be able to lift and move multiple boxes weighing 5–30 lbs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certification a plus)
- 2–3 years in customer service, coordination, or administrative roles (required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Team player with a customer-first attitude
- Able to problem-solve calmly and professionally
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Able to regularly lift up to 30 lbs
