What are the responsibilities and job description for the Airport Reservation Specialist (Evenings) position at Budget Car and Truck Rental of Kansas City?
Description
Budget has an opening for a full-time rental agent on it's airport team. This individual will finalize and book customer rental reservations while providing exceptional customer service and closing sales on rental add-ons such as insurance and upgrades. This position is for evening hours from 5pm-1am, with some earlier days on the weekends. Weekend availability is a must. If you are interested, please submit your resume and application.
Responsibilities
- Open and close rental contracts accurately, contract modification, print and update manifest etc.
- Address customer inquiries, such as, explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.
- Promote and sell ancillary products such as coverage options, upgrades, fuel purchases, etc.
- Perform a variety of general office duties such as answering phones, photocopying and maintaining a clean and professional workspace
- Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed
*Full time employees are eligible for benefits after 60 days, including health, dental, vision, 401K matching, Vacation Time, PTO, Sick Time, and other bonuses.
Requirements
Must be 18
All of our representatives must be certified to drive; must have a valid driver's license
Must have fewer than 3 tickets or 2 at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
