**Job Overview:** We are seeking an Office Assistant / Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office, storage, and living spaces, ensuring a comfortable and tidy environment for all employees and visitors.
**Responsibilities:** - Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces - Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal - Monitor and restock cleaning supplies - Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs - Follow cleaning schedules and procedures
**Experience:** - Prior experience in office cleaning or janitorial services required - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment preferred - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
**Skills:** - Experience in front desk or dental receptionist roles is a plus - Familiarity with event planning or administrative tasks would be beneficial - Strong project coordination skills desirable - Computer literacy for basic clerical tasks is necessary - Customer service experience a plus
