We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee all cleaning services and coordinate on-site projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the efforts of all staff who maintain our facilities and training employees in a variety of housekeeping practices. In addition, the Housekeeping Manager will be required to formulate a plan for cleaning in preparation for meetings and conferences, and then monitor the cleaning process to ensure it is executed in an efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the housekeeping staff.
- Oversee all operations in the housekeeping department, including contracts, pricing, and hiring decisions.
- Hold housekeeping staff accountable for following hotel standards and procedures.
- Assign cleaning jobs and communicate logistical concerns to housekeeping staff.
- Understand and follow hotel and departmental policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Clean hotel rooms. keep laundry washed and fold.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
