Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store sales goals.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering stock and conducting regular audits to maintain product availability.
- Collaborate with the store manager on strategic planning, merchandising, and promotional activities.
- Conduct training sessions for new employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects the brand's image.
- Utilize administrative skills to manage schedules, payroll, and other operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role is preferred.
