We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, strong communication skills, money handling skills and have a friendly demeanor to greet guests and clients. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, making it crucial to create a welcoming environment for our motel guests staying.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival
- Manage phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain an organized front desk area
- Assist with customer service inquiries, resolving issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Able to do laundry
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
