Budget Car and Truck Rental of Wichita is taking applications for a part-time customer service and rental agent at our Hutchinson rental agency. The position will be finalizing reservations, conducting sales, and helping with all aspects of the rental process.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers using standard dialogue
- Address customer inquiries, such as explanation of charges, vehicle damage, directions, etc.
- Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions
- Monitor traffic control
- Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage
- Report damages to on-duty supervisor
- Scan returning vehicles back into system
- Provide computerized receipt to customer
- Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions, etc.
- Support a team environment by assisting other agents and / or other areas when needed
