Summary
As an Airport Manager at Aero Corporation, you will oversee all airport operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional customer service. This pivotal role contributes to our mission of providing top-notch transportation services while maintaining safety and compliance within the airport environment.

- Daily operational reports
- System pricing and availability
- Assistance with chargebacks, internal request for documents and disputes from customers
- Employee scheduling, time off request and bi-weekly payroll system processing
- Ensuring coverage for rental operation during all business hours
- Scheduling employee coverage for PTO requests and call outs for illness
- Off hours availability for unexpected issues
- Employee issues at counters
- Roadside Assistance phone call/text messages
- Avis/Budget Prestige Desk request
- Knowledge of employee responsibilities
- Car rental agent’s responsibilities:
- help customers who need to rent a vehicle by either assisting customers with their rentals at the agency or answering and making phone calls.
- greet customers as they arrive, explaining the rental and paperwork process
- offering and training on the protections packages and upsells the company offers
- answering customer questions and concerns,
- assisting customers who have an issue or emergency with their rental vehicle
- updating the rental car inventory when a customer rents or returns a car.
-Knowledge of Garage process
- Prepare cars for rental, washing exterior, vacuuming interior and general detailing
-Checking in rentals upon return
Qualifications
- 2 Years of Management experience preferred
- 3-5 Years of rental car customer service experience required
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills to enhance passenger experiences.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Basic math skills for financial reporting and analysis.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,716.00 - $61,352.00 per year
