Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone
- Assist customers with inquiries and rentals
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Process sales transactions and handle cash or credit card payments
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Familiarity with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
