Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including office, guest apartments, and common areas.
- Sanitize surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment for guests.
- Conduct carpet cleaning as needed to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of flooring.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, adhering to established schedules and protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests needs and concerns promptly.
- Maintain custodial supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Skills
- Experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping is preferred.
- Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing additional cleaning or maintenance.
