The Client Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of telephone calls and emails.
- Stay organized with respect to follow ups and accomplishing projects.
- Adhere to the office filing system and help develop enhanced ways to handle filings both physically and electronically.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Utilize internal CRM software effectively.
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to align services with client needs and expectations.
- Assist in the development of strategies to enhance customer relationship management practices.
