BARTENDER
Reporting to management/ownership, the Bartender is genuinely enthusiastic about the guest’s overall beverage experience from front end to back end, whether it's providing an outstanding cocktail during service or creating a prep sheet for a new one. They take pride in their food & beverage knowledge and are passionate hospitality professionals. They display natural showmanship, have great communication skills, and have a meticulous eye for detail and organization.
Bartender Requirements:
- Fully understand and embody a can-do attitude, demonstrating a level of passion and dedication where no task is beneath you.
- 2 bartending experience in a similar high-volume bar environment
- Thrive in a collaborative environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - proven ability to lead purposefully
- Advanced knowledge of food & beverage principles and practices with preference for Japanese/East Asian cuisine.
- Certified for food protection in CA by applicable authority.
- Results orientated, self-motivated, and highly organized with an eye for detail
- Committed to safety and good environmental practices in the workplace
- Full-time flexible hours are required (nights, weekends, holidays) or as agreed with your hiring manager
