Thurston County’s local, family owned landscape company, Buds & Blades Landscape Company, is looking to grow our business with an energetic, creative, and personable Account Manager/Business Developer. You will build and maintain lasting relationships with existing and new clients, selling landscape maintenance contracts, renewals, and improvements for their properties. You will be calling on current clients, prospecting new clients, and selling to leads that come in via email, the web, and the old fashioned call in. Ongoing customer service to existing clients is also part of this position.

Landscape Client Representative Requirements:
- A solid prior history of outside sales and client relationship building
- A self starter who knows how to organize and balance your workday
- Able to prepare estimates and presentations and deliver proposals in person or online.
- Able to understand and adhere to company goals and sales proposal systems.
- Able to work as a team player.
- Good computer skills, strong communication skills and a willingness to grow with the company.
- Able to create and maintain relationships while closing sales.
- Able to meet attainable monthly sales goals as well as managing existing account enhancement sales and customer service.
- While prior plant and horticulture background is a plus, we will provide training for a well qualified candidate.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
