What are the responsibilities and job description for the Budtender position at Buds Garage?
Come join our team in Everett, WA! Located near the Trestle, right off I5, Buds Garage is a busy recreational and medically endorsed cannabis shop. We value teamwork and providing our customers with the highest level of customer service possible. We are looking for part-time/full-time workers to help out! Current medical marijuana consultants highly encouraged to apply! Reliability, flexibility, and punctuality are a must. We operate in a fast paced environment and things can change in a moments notice. We are looking for someone who is motivated, willing to learn, and become part of our great team of Budtenders!
Responsibilities:
- serving customers
- product knowledge
- completing transactions
- filling online orders
- stocking and merchandising
- general store maintenance and cleaning
We are looking for someone who:
- is punctual
- is able to communicate
- has good customer service skills
- is enthusiastic about cannabis and helping people
- is able to keep a cool head during peak hours and when dealing with customers
- is responsible, highly motivated, and able to take direction
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience (2 years)
- High School graduate
- 21 years of age or older
- Cannabis knowledge preferred but not required!
- able to stand for extended periods of time, lift, and bend without accommodation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
