Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with personalized service.
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences and needs.
- Maintain knowledge of current cannabis products, including flowers, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently during transactions.
- Upsell products by suggesting complementary items to enhance the customer experience.
- Keep the dispensary organized and well-stocked by managing inventory levels and restocking shelves as needed.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries or concerns regarding products or services.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive shopping experience.
- Experience in retail sales, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash register operations.
