What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Service Representative position at Buena Vista Road Animal Hospital?
Duties included but not limited to:
- Ability to follow directions/willingness to learn
- Self driven, motivated individual
- Check in/out process for patients
- Scheduling patients for exams/surgeries/emergencies
- Comfortable answering multiple phone lines
- Attention to detail for entering patient information, procedures, medications etc.
- Processing payments over the phone and in person
- Providing excellent customer service with every client
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Experience in computer software such as Microsoft office
- Comfortable sitting or standing for long periods of time
- Flexibility in schedule and ability to work Saturdays
- Comfortable working around animals
- Comfortable in a fast paced environment and ability to multi-task
- Filing, scanning and operating office equipment
- Making bank deposits
- Experience in an animal hospital setting is preferred but not required
- Training provided
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
