Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in the roofing industry (Required)
· Sales Experience ( Required )
· Supervisory or management experience (Preferred)
· Bilingual: Spanish (Preferred)
· Valid driver’s license (Required)
· Must possess a strong work ethic, strong communication and negotiation skills, be a self-starter, and have excellent interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and in a team setting
· Reliable transportation to visit customer sites ( Required ).Truck preferred, but not required.

Job Description: Are you ready to close deals and help homeowners and business owners achieve the new roof they desire? Buendia Construction is looking for talented, motivated sales representatives to join our team.
We’re looking for individuals who are:
· Problem-solvers
· Trustworthy and decisive
· Persistent and self-driven
· Eager to make money while delivering excellent customer service
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and other networking opportunities
· Consult with homeowners and business owners to assess their roofing needs
· Educate customers on roofing solutions and available materials (e.g., metal, tile, TPO, PVC, and modified roofing)
· Guide customers through the sales and installation process, ensuring a smooth experience
· Work closely with the production team to ensure timely project completion
· Inspect roofs and provide accurate estimates for repair or replacement
· Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and document all sales activities ( BOLT experience preferred )
· Ensure timely follow-up with all leads and potential customers
· Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
· 8 hrs shifts. Weekends as needed.
