Walk-In Tub Installer Assistant

We are seeking a Walk-In Tub Helper to assist with the installation and setup of walk-in tubs in residential homes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has basic plumbing or construction knowledge, and values helping others improve their quality of life.Responsibilities:

• Assist lead installers in delivering and positioning walk-in tubs
• Help with the installation process, including plumbing and electrical hookups
• Carry and organize tools, materials, and equipment at job sites
• Ensure proper sealing and waterproofing of tubs
• Clean up work areas after installations
• Provide excellent customer service by being courteous and professional in customers’ homes
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements:

• Basic experience in plumbing, construction, or home improvement (preferred but not required) ideally
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Willingness to learn and take direction from lead installers
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
