What are the responsibilities and job description for the Makery Sales Associate position at Buff City Soap - Collierville?
Our full-time Makery Sales Associates are an integral part of our store’s team and operations. We are looking for someone with high energy to assist our guests and help maintain the sales floor throughout the day, along with helping to produce our products.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome to all customers as they enter our store
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering guidance to our guests as they shop and experience our makery
- Build, maintain, and share knowledge about Buff City Soap products and ingredients
- Prepare products according to the recipes and procedures as instructed by Buff City Soap and management staff
- Stock sales floor in accordance with store merchandising guidelines
- Follow all safety, sanitary, and cleanliness protocols and guidelines
- Process customer transactions: efficiently operate POS System, appropriately label and package products, and ensure customers found everything they needed during their visit
