**About the Role:** In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with maintaining cleanliness of the Makery, including the production and retail areas, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will also have the opportunity to learn about handcrafted soap making and participate in workshops and training sessions.
**Key Responsibilities:*** Assist with maintaining cleanliness of the Makery, including the production and retail areas
* Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
* Recommend products and services to clients based on their preferences and needs
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods
* Participate in visual merchandising and store appearance standards
**Requirements:*** High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, lift up to 50lbs, and perform other physical tasks as needed
